Thank you for shopping Fieldwork Ceramics. These handmade, functional items are pretty hearty and designed for everyday use. Fieldwork Ceramics can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States - please email me at fieldwork.ceramics at gmail dot com to get a quote for shipping elsewhere. While I cannot guarantee worldwide shipping, I will do my best.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within three business days of purchase. Please contact me for alternative shipping arrangements if faster shipping is needed, and I will do my best to accomodate your order.

RETURNS and exchanges

BREAKAGE IN SHIPPING: Although orders are packed very well, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me within seven days of package receipt at fieldwork.ceramics at gmail dot com, and include digital photographs of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging. I will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

BREAKAGE IN USE: Although Fieldwork Ceramics are all pretty hearty, they can indeed still break, so please handle your pieces with care! I am unable to replace items that have been broken after they have been in use.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES: Sorry, but I am unable to accept returns if you change your mind about a piece after you receive your order. As such, please do not hesitate to contact me prior to purchase if you would like further information about a piece. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
